About
Built by people who have spent time in contact center operations
We know how QA actually works inside a busy contact center. The sampling math, the backlog, the coaching meetings that rely on one supervisor's memory of a handful of calls. Voicemarrow exists because we think operations teams deserve better tools than that.
The problem we started with
Contact center QA has a coverage problem that no one talks about
Before starting Voicemarrow, Tobias spent five years in operations roles at two midsize financial services contact centers. He watched QA teams do their best with the tools available: pull 20 calls a week per reviewer, score them manually, and build coaching conversations around that sample.
The coverage was always between 1% and 3%. Nobody called it a problem because it was just how it worked. But the patterns it missed, the compliance failures on low-traffic shifts, the agents whose scores looked fine on 15 calls but struggled systematically on a specific product type, those stayed invisible.
The Voicemarrow founding team came together in Denver in 2024 to build the tool Tobias wished had existed. The goal was simple: every call, every rubric dimension, every time.

Where we are
Denver, CO. Early access, growing.
Voicemarrow is headquartered in Denver. We are currently in early access, working closely with a small number of contact center operations teams to build out the product. We are not taking on every team that asks right now. We are focused on getting the initial experience right for the teams we are working with.
We are not backed by venture capital. We are building this with the revenue from the customers we serve and making product decisions based on what our teams actually need, not an investor thesis.
Apply for Early AccessWe are building in the open with our early teams
If you run QA operations for a contact center and have struggled with sampling coverage, we want to talk. We are selective about early access to stay close to the teams we work with.
